Stampings on the repops typically not as crisp or defined.
Or type a bunch of key words from the listing title into an eBay search and then search closed auctions. If the seller has a sold the same tank previously then they have a quantity and thus it's a repop.
There's prolly some other things, but that's all that comes to mind at the moment.

Originals of any tank that are mint on the inside are very few and far between in my travels. There's usually some rust involved.
