It is a Westfield built Crawford, s.n. C 58259 gives 1938 (acording with Mr. Columbia).
The bike is ridable as is, but the rear hub should be cleaned and oiled, the coaster brake isn't too good.
The frame is 18".
The rear hub is marked Eclipse Machine Comp / Made in Elmira N.Y. USA / H1 36-13
with a Morrow arm.
The tires are Continental - Germany, 26 x 2.125 Extra Prima Lord Baloon (holding air, not bad at all)
