Colson Rack?

Rear hub dates her to late 1939 and she is badged a Scout.
I don't recall seeing this rack before and it seems similar to the stamped colson style and the color matches the rest of the original paint bike, except the legs which are silver painted...although I am thinking that was factory).
Anybody seen this rack?

It's a first if it is! I've never seen that carrier before.

If truly Colson? then it's probably worth millions!

The bike is original paint through and through.
The rack is painted in the same color.
I hadn't seen this rack before either to lean either way.
Colson was not a manufacturer that did much outsourcing. most parts were in house.
I'll take a million for it obo.
