Looks '35~'37....Thanks for the link Evans200! Looks like it was a bicycle shop in Terra Haute. Apparently nothing to do with the later Evans/Colson.

I've owed, and seen a lot of Colson badges that were this same shape. But I've never seen one with this name on it.
