Western Flyer Part Out

Parting out this 26" Western Flyer. Frame & fork are nice & solid but as you can see the tank is rusted out on the one side. The rear rack does not have the guts to the tail lights. Wheels are not correct as they are not skip tooth. If you don't like the price I am open to offers because I'm not sure what to ask on some of this stuff. Shipping to the lower 48 only

Are those 27" wide handlebars? I'm interested in them, but I am afraid of what the chrome looks like underneath the rust. They look pretty bad, unless it's mostly surface rust.

They measure at 26 and 3/4 and are not rusted through, they are solid but chrome is gone
