Rolled Rivets

Anyone here in the So Cal area that' has a rolled rivet tool or does this service ?
I am having some braces cad plated and need to re attach them , not interested in the screw on ones .

Go to tubularrivetclincher.com.not 100% sure that's it,but it will probably show up.you can order the tool and they usually give you enough of the correct rivets to do the job.tell them you want the schwinn tool.
