On Training Wheels
We are cleaning out my Grandpa's house and we found this scooter in the garage. It is from when he was a kid, but he is not sure what age he got it. He was born in 1923, so it could be from the 20's or 30's which fits from what I have found so far based on the tires. But I can not find anything with the small place to put your foot. Most are the whole length. He doesn't remember if there was anything additional with the scooter that went over the frame.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Looks like a strap steel scooter from the 1920' or 30's. Sold through catalogs and Many major company's sold them like Sears and Montgomery wards for years. Cute but Not very rare. They are pretty common. Value 75.00 to 125. In very nice condition orig. paint.
