Hey guys I am in need of some help with my NEW DEPARTURE 2 speed installation,does anyone have a exploded view drawing or diagram on how they work or go together? Or a link to someplace I can find info on this hub? thanks

Most of the time the problem is that the reaction disc is missing.

Another common mistake is to have tension on the cable in low gear.
The cable should be adjusted so that it doesn't pull on the bell crank at all in 1st gear.
