J.C. Higgins Manufacture date or Info? 20" Girls Bike

Hello! My wife and I just finished cleaning up a 20" J.C. Higgins girls bike and are wondering if any of you guys can decipher the numbers stamped on the frame for us?

502 45191-1 330972

I also noticed while cleaning the chain that some of the links have "Germany" on them.

45191 is the Sears catalog #, the closest I could find was 45190, which was a '65 base model with 24" tires. The JCH name was phased out after 1963 though. It could also be a early-mid 50s bike. Overall, it's in great shape, but being a basic girls' model. it doesn't have much collector value.

Thanks for looking that up for me. Another source tells me its a 1962.

Sometimes you can get info from Sears Parts Direct too.
