I've decided to part this out as I think the frame and fork are too far gone to make it worth it. These prices are all flexible and I would be willing to trade for vintage Raleigh parts. The rear wheel and fenders are not correct and I will be keeping them along with the quadrant shifter. I don't have PayPal. Check or money order is fine.
