Look Ma, No Hands!
Hi

We've got our repro rack back from the paint shop...
Any advice how to reassemble?

Many thanks

I went online for images of dx bikes.

I used the above as a guide.

The two small metal “tabs” attach near the seat post frame area to secure that part
of the rack to the bike.

Thanks
and fitting the legs back onto the rack: is there a technique for this? Do they simply pop back into the holes?
Huge thanks

Look at both ends of the legs where the holes are located.

If both ends look the same, then simply attach.

But if one end is different from the other end in shape or
size hole

Check the size of the holes on the legs with the size of the holes on the frame where you will attach the rack &
see what will fit.

One end of the leg “might” have slight curve or grooves that would fit the top part of the rack.
If both ends are the same than just attach & enjoy the ride.

Good Luck !
