Help Identifying Kids Bike

Does anybody here have an idea of the make/model of this bike? No markings or identification that I can find. Thanks a bunch in advance!

My first impression was that it might be a 1970's AMF

Chain guard looks Murray built, I would start there.

I should add that it has very stiff tires; like hard as a rock. It couldn't have been a very comfortable ride!

Y on the front of it. The tires are pretty hard when new. They getting harder with age.
