Yup... Happens in every hobby. There's always someone out there just interested in turning a buck.
That bike looks like an easy resto, too.

There now seems to be a few guys now on ebay that part out EVERY bike regardless of completeness.rarity or originality...I part out bikes every once in a while but these few are freakin ruthless! AND LAZY>>> When then show the WHOLE bike in pictures and put "frame only" "pedals only"
