Need help identifying frame (1980s? roadbike)

On Training Wheels
Hello! I've recently came across a really good deal on an old roadbike. It has really high quality parts on it, mavic ma40 rims, campagnolo downtube shifters and brakes, shimano 105 hubs and crankset, cinelli handlebar, selle italia turbo saddle, laprade saddle tube. Now here comes the tricky part. As far as I could tell, it has aftermarket "Diamond" stickers. (Which most of those I've already removed because they were obviously not the original ones.) No other evidence have been found as of what it could be. All I have is a serial number, and some pictures so you might be able to solve the mistery as you are probably more experienced in this than I am. I only want to know because I want to mostly "restore" the bike to its former glory. Please don't mind the rust and dirt in the frame, I didn't have the time to take it apart and start working on it yet. (Sice the saddle have been changed, as well as the tires and the computer is an addon. The original tires were Continental Grand Prix, I'll include pictures of those as well.)
Ps.: sorry for the environment, it's an old storage unit.

The serial number is : M1L02502 (The 1 after M is hard to read so it might be an I or 7)
