I need some education on bicycle brands

I've spent so much tome researching Schwinn bicycles, I never learned anything about the other brands. One of the companies I'm researching for Volume II of The Many Faces of Schwinn sold Azuki, Asira, Gitanes, Murray, Raleigh, Rollfast, Schwinn, Shelby and Tamara bicycles.

Who made the Shelby and Rollfast bicycles? Also, did Pope make Columbia and Westfield bicycles? Any other tidbits of info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Barry
