Yes, your bike Is a 24". The 26X and the Hextube were the only 26" aluminums by Monark/Hawthorne.

What about the stem. Is it from the bike or with the bars or none?

Marius I hope this helps ; here is what I know about the 24'' round bar frame; front fork won't accept the 26'' x 2.125 tires and wheels . but if you put a 26'' monark springer fork it will. also the rear will fit but its almost falling out the back.
