I live for the CABE
1950s Indian Scout Bicycle. These were sold by Indian dealers in the 1950s, when Indian motorcycles were re-badged Royal Enfields. These bicycles were made by Phillips Bicycle Co. in England. Among the models were boys' bikes called Scouts and girls' bikes called Princesses. This one is a 3-speed Scout with handbrakes. Rear hub is Sturmey-Archer. The bike is in really good condition, even with the original saddle, tire pump, seat bag (not currently attached), and Dunlop tires. Tires are age-checked but hold air well. Bike has brand new cables throughout (shifter and both brakes) and a new Sturmey-Archer shifter. Price is picked up in Tullahoma, TN (or I can meet you in Chattanooga, Nashville, or Huntsville, Ala.). If you need it shipped (US48 only), $100 additional. PayPal, cash or USPS money order only. This is an awesome piece for an Indian collector or British lightweight bicycle collector. I have additional pics if you need them. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful bike! You have it dated as a 1950’s bike but the S/A hub looks to be stamped 1960. Am I seeing this correctly? GLWYS!
