I purchased a multi speed Schwinn bike ( not made in America ) I want to remove the head badge

And replace with one like this one

The reason I bought this bike is because I have bad knees, even though I’ve had total knee replacement several years ago. Riding this bike is so easy to ride, so don’t beat me up to bad.

Do it! Buy the Taiwan instead of Chicago badge if you’ll feel better , have to agree with @Archie Sturmer ! You ever try to drill a hole that small for the original badge screws ? Or find a bit?

I agree. It's yours do what makes you happy. If you want to use that original one just double side tape it on or use latex caulk. Sure there will be empty screw holes but who cares.
