Looking for Bearings and washers for 3 speed Sturmey Archer hub

I’m having a go at my first attempt overhauling a 3-speed sturmey archer hub from a ‘79 Schwinn collegiate made for kids.
I need a couple small pats that are broken.
the only place online I can find then is in the UK. Hoping maybe someone has them I could buy without paying a fortune for shipping.
-A pair of 1/4” x 7 balls caged bearings
-A pair of the serrated washers that fit in the drop outs (I think on the inside). I’ve attached a picture of the parts.
