HOW early?

1936-38 had a smaller shank. Many people drill the stands to accommodate the bigger bolt , like the o es being made, but it would be nice to have the early style made

If anyone has an early CWC stand bolt to lend, it would be great to get some of those made.

I am also in need of correct early style CWC bolts.

I have a braced drop stand with I believe original holes that haven't been drilled out. FSH I can PM you some dimensions tomorrow for comparison to any other data that comes in.

Maybe someone who has an original can take one for the team and loan it to FSH... I'm sure he'll return it! That way he can get the head detail, threading and shoulder diameter correct.

DM me when you get the dimensions. However, 1/4-20 is very coarse, but if that was stock then that's what I'll produce

I've never seen anything but 1/4" / 20. Unless some tool drilled it out. I can't speak to '41 but every year previously was.

Maybe for the early cwc, but every set on eBay is fine thread, like my sample 1/4-28
