Back in the marine pool again with some boats ( original wood shipping box/shavings with Lucky boat) and stuff, waiting for more cycle friendly weather. Car show/ World of Wheels 300 cars, ( my buddies Vincent Black shadow, some other guys I know with the VW, and the Rare Mayfair convert) then fitted Woody with a T-shirt to keep the gravel off his belly when we walked in the sand, slush, and water. My Pal Rat Fink liked my Corvette hat and Esso coveralls.

Great weekend at the Burley Creek Swap. Bigger and better each time there. Sold some and bought some and enjoyed seeing everyone again. Latched on to this awesome Hawthorne triple bar as soon as I saw it get unloaded. Has original paint with no touch ups and a 3 speed with front and rear drum brakes. The other two were bonus picks and glad to get them. Plus a few small things - Colson guard I’ve been needing, sliding rail seat and some misc too. And who doesn’t need a Big Boy for their shelf

Congrats on the Triple Bar! That is 1 of only 15 (possibly 16) known to exist right now. That's a 1950 in original 'Snyder Green'. You have most of the original parts, and 75% of the rare parts. Here is mine.

That looks coo! I did check out your post on it when I was walking up to mine before I got it. Wanted to see what they should and shouldn’t have on them. Will be looking for a light and grips at this weekend’s swap in Portland OR. From the way the paint looks, it doesn’t seem to have had a chain guard on it or it came off very early (no scrapes or new paint look next to faded). I do have more pics and will post them soon

Sorry for the late entry, but I had a busy day and knocked out early.

Spoils from yesterday's LB Swap. Thank you to several kind fellow bike collectors for the great deals.

Didn't need them, but couldn't say no to these crossbars.

Definitely had a chainguard originally, though that sprocket and seat are not original. But you have the front drum brake and the 3 speed, which are absolutely original to the bike. Here are pics of the original headlight, chainguard, and seat.

These are appreciated as they give me some good info on what to look for. Would these have had a rack too?
