Opal Red looks like a 55 Streamliner or Deluxe Hornet piece.
You nailed it. A google image search on Schwinn Streamliner shows the same rack. Thanks.

Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
The chrome one is aftermarket, possibly McCauley. I can't think of any bikes offhand that came w/a chrome rack.
