Low-end ladies 36 Colson that has some nice details including the Torrington deco stem & lots of nice pinstripes. Saddle & pedals were thrown on for a quick pic. Correct crankset will be swapped in along with a more period correct saddle. Not all bikes need a tank & a bunch of do-dads to be cool
