Update: Barn Fresh, Monark, 1950, Firestone Super Cruiser, 2 tone red!

I have not touched any of the painted surfaces (even though paint is in great shape, just oxidized) a good cleaner wax would bring it back. Really torn in regard to the "barn fresh", or the "shinny barn fresh" Have only worked on seat, trim and wheels.
Killer bike Chris. I understand your dilemma. Personally, I'd buff up that paint with a good wax cleaner. My vote is "shiny barn fresh". I restored one like it ( was rough/needed restore) many years ago, now in a friends collection. I have a '49 ( no seat rail/pedestal light) Firestone in transit and will need to make the same decision soon.
