This was one of the better made cars. Back in the day, Chevrolet offered the hardware kits thru their dealerships. The kits included The stamped "Official Soapbox Derby" wheels, axles, and steering hardware. The guys even upholstered (roll and pleat) the seat on this one. originally raced in Springfield Mo. numerous times.
