Sears Chief 3 speed shifter

Nice find of a shifter difficult to locate in the US - "K Gears" flat face 1920s-30s era, after the 1910s-20s "Sturmey Archer Patent" model and before the black domed-face 1930s K/AW model. Was sold as a companion to the K and KC models of the 1920s-30s. The old-style "barrel" shifter for the handlebars was also available from Sturmey in that era.
