His videos are of Schwinn Lightweights, Krates (Sting-rays) and others. The entertaining part is the process and attention to detail, not the "low tier" or whatever bike. Paramount, Superior, Sports Tourer, World Voyageur to name a few.

NP. In '71, my grandfather bought me a coppertone Sting-ray. Single speed with coaster-brake. Fun times with friends, that bike took me everywhere. Stolen out of our shed, I started search for it 46yrs after.
On a road group ride, I expressed my desire(?) to mtb, a guy told me he broke his collarbone his first time MTB'n. He had just got back on a bike after a few months! Ruined his summer riding. That was enough for me. I'll pass on that biking experience.
