    Help IDing TOC or 1910s ? bike Serial # F25 541P (?)

Mercian- Sure does look like the link you sent. Do you know what would a Pope badge of that era look like? or would it have been sold under a number of other brands? I want to remove the later house paint, maybe there might be a ghost mark between the black paint and the red primer.

    Help IDing TOC or 1910s ? bike Serial # F25 541P (?)

Wow does my yard look like crap. I also need help with lawn care. So just bought this off the ebay a few days ago (sorry if the other bidder is on this forum! we can talk) I originally bought it for parts since its a smallish frame but a few things didn't make sense. - The Pope badge looked...

    A Cherry Speedster

A friend of mine thrust this upon me and I was forced to accept. He was the original owner, rode it for a few weeks but wanted a stingray so bad he never went back to it. Its been in storage since. He estimates under 10 miles on it. Amazing condition, needs almost nothing but fresh grease and...

Info on this saddle? Brand? Original appearance?

FTT- Good eye! it is a ND model A coaster brake. I would like to know what saddle it had on its originally. The more I stare at mine I'm wondering if mine is missing a front loop spring? Original renovation plan: Source period hubs and have replica wheels made so that bicycle can be a rider...

Info on this saddle? Brand? Original appearance?

Thanks for the info everyone. I know from this 1895 Kenwood catalog they did make their own proprietary saddles (or repackaged someone else's). None of theyse looked anything like mine so hence my query- these all seem more like racing or gender-reassignment saddles. Anyway, I guess no silver...

Info on this saddle? Brand? Original appearance?

Trying to find any information on this saddle from my 1910ish big K badged Kenwood. Has (or had...) a plywood sub-base and I assume a stuffed leather top. Seams like saddles seem to be found in intact condtion or bare frames and not a lot in between so I haven't been able i.d. it. Any help...

Mint pair of TOC wooden grips (for small bike or tricycle) trade?

Hi- Adorable miniature pair of turn of the century wooden grips. These are for a 5/8" +/- handlebar. Reapeat, 5/8" handlebar. Minty condition, maybe new old stock. Would prefer to trade for a good pair of repro or period grips for a 7/8" handlebar. Lemme know. Thanks, TMS

    #7 Torrington Pedal Part(s) needed, TOC ? (>X<) Bat Signal...help

Sending up the Bat Signal hoping that a CABEd Crusader can come through for me. I'm cleaning up a set of #7 Torrington pedals to use on a rider. The right one is fine and should go back together nicely. The left one has an issue. The outer bearing cone/nut must have gotten out of wack at some...

Help (!) with chalky paint / clearcoat on old Raleigh

So...talk me off the ledge or at least off the threshold of my local hobby shop where I load up on British green spray paint. I've got my c.1954 Raleigh Superbe roadster apart and am washing the scuzz of it. The paint below is A LOT more faded and chalky than hoped. While I love patina bikes...

    Delta fender torpedo light re-wire

Did a quick re-wire on this old delta fender light. After seeing an original wiring diagram with the 2 D-cells, I can't believe these things ever worked. The toggle switch is supposed to push a contact into the back of the battery? Anyway, safe to say after 50 years and a leaky battery or two...

1950 (?) Dayton Huffman Cruiser Preservation

Found this dude on the Norfolk Craigslist and fell in love with the patina and old license tag. All I did aesthetically was give it a gentle scrub with WD40 and 0000 scotchbrite pads, figured I can always do more later but can't put paint and honest wear back on. Pretty original except for the...

    Look-a-like pedals?

I'll snagged an ok looking pair of the interweb the other day but these look more faithful to at least what's become the most popular TOC pedal. I'll keep an eye out for a pair or if you have a source, please PM me. Happy hunting.
