    '34 Elgin Blackhawk Falcon.

That looks great! I assume you also cut down the fender? Does the drop stand stay in place when you ride? I have been wanting to do something like this, but was not sure it would work.

    Steffey

Very nice What a great looking motorized bike. Any info on the build? Motor used? Bike used or was it all custom? That dive belt is very cool looking. Does it work well? Edit: OK, I am guessing that is a real Steffey engine after looking at some more pics, but not sure on the...

Finally got my Prewar TruSport Camelback....??? is, who made it?

Snyder? The stencils and some of the frame details look very similar to a Rollfast I saw recently, so maybe H.P. Snyder built? I am not much of an expert on balloon tire stuff, but I like camelbacks and you have a very nice on there. Enjoy!

Which companies made bikes with 2 piece cranks in the 1890s?

As has been said, they were common in that time frame. I have mid to late 1890s Sterling, Crescent, Cleveland and Pierce bicyles that have two piece cranks, but none are like yours. I am looking through my photos, but do not see anything similar yet. More pictures of what you have would be...

    Todays Find

Great Looking Bikes! What a great find. I have really been getting in to the vintage tourist style bikes. They are pretty underrated and very nice to ride. I can find 60's and 70's models all day long, but rarely ever see anything like either one of those. That black one with the rod drum...

    Drum Brake Hub

105 Spokes? Looks like a 36 hole which is what I need, but given that it is a Worksman, I am assuming it is drilled for 105 gauge spokes? I am looking for that style of hub, but I need one for standard gauge spokes. Can you confirm which that is? Thanks.
