Yes it is. I'm tempted to keep her for a while. My friend got it around 1960. I haven't had a Monark yet, but my wife doesn't want another bike.

I picked up a few as well.
First up, a mid 30's Manton and Smith ladies bike. Mainly got it for parts for my 35/36 Shelby.
Second, a minty 95 Schwinn Black Phantom. mainly to flip. Would show a pic but if you've seen one black phantom, you've seen the all.(sorry schwinn guys- not really)
Third, a 40's Hiawatha badged Shelby. Mainly to save a few parts from it. Was once yard art.(not my picture)

It's a Colson. Note how the brace on the rack curves in and meets the rear fender.
