Unusual combo reverse scheme maroon and white 49 straightbar

Here is a reverse scheme maroon and white straightbar I recently got. I’ve never seen this particular scheme before. Anyone have any pics of others in this scheme? Going to sell it, but I wanted to get more info before I listed it. It’s in really good shape and is all there other than grips. Pretty faded but still looks good.

Oh ok, hard to tell. But it does look more gray than white now that you mention it. Ever seen one before in this color combo?

Yes, the fenders have some paint loss.

Thought those fenders look like rusty chrome under the paint. The other thread; same colors and year too, confirms it. How strange it is for factory to paint over chrome and,, and,, it stuck to it. That is a Cool and unique find.

Colors didn't come out good in pic..
