Wore out three sets of tires already!
Offering for sale, may trade my 1940 Dayton or Firestone(I will check numbers and post in the morning), this consists of a nice frame in primer with kickstand, also very good spring fork and axle adjusters.
FBH stamped on bottom bracket, so this is a Firestone

The 3-characters Firestone F-codes, like “FBH” might indicate:
F = Firestone;
B = year 1940; (also, A/'39; C/'41);
H = manufacturer Huffman; (also, C/Colson; W/Westfield).

This has been pretty well documented. Huffman started this in '39 with the Firestone bikes which are "FAH". 1940 is FBH and I believe they stopped in '41 but would have to go back and check. There was a thread started on the Big Tank Huffmans but people started polluting it with anything Huffman instead of adhering to the subject. Unfortunately that happens with a lot of god threads here. V/r Shawn
