what brand of chain tool works on skip tooth chains ???

... the one I have only works with standard chains. I don't feel like going around to bike shops with a piece of chain to see if the one they carry works.
calling on the phone and asking would only show how many bike shop employees don't know what a skip tooth chain is.....

I've used the Park tool ct-3.3 many times now to break and join skiptooth chains. They don't fit in the gate so you have to kind of manually hold it in place but its worked every time.

I use the park one also, used others before and just broke off the tabs so it fit in it!

Yeah, You just need make some modifications. There's probably a specific tool but I've never seen one and I doubt anyone is still making them.

I'd go 40 bucks on the NOS Schwinn one.

I paid 80 bucks for my Park tool and it's paid for itself many times over.

The park tools are built like tanks, definitely worth the money. I tried a cheapo Amazon chain breaker and it broke (the irony) the first time I used it.
