Hello, a friend of mine got a Rambler bike some time ago. Maybe someone can help us with dating? It would also be interesting whether it is an original rambler or an ABC rambler.

It's a swedish Rambler, made by Husqvarna for the earlier Rambler importer Albert Öhmans. They started making swedish ones after the import stopped. But Öhmans didn't have a factory, so they commissioned them to Husqvarna in early years. This one makes me really excited, because it's the earliest swedish one i have ever seen. It's thought to believe that the swedish ones was made first ca 1907, but this is made in 1905. No offense, but unfortunately a rather falsely restored one that don't look near to the original look, I beg your pardon. Although a very interesting one. Got two from 1909, ones in fairly good original condition.
