Missing a Fellow Old Bike Rider

Riding along the boardwalk in Bolsa Chica HB today,
I came upon an old bike, immediately recognized, then another ahead of it.
Bob's daughter Eileen and husband Bill were out today, to enjoy the thing Bob loved a lot:
Riding his bikes at the Beach.
He passed away Monday, Aug.29th
Hopefully they will be here on the CABE to give more details.

Super bummed to hear about the loss of one of our local cycling brethren.
Bob was a great guy, with much enthusiasm for the human powered wheel.
He rode a Dursley Pederson, so he was easy to spot, out on the local bike paths.
He will be greatly missed.

Bob's son Eric came over today;
great to meet him, and hear more stories about Bob,
and his loves, of bikes and riding.
Hoping he will join in on theCABE and fill us in on the fun stuff.
