26" Middle or Light weight I have a Light weight but don't know about chrome braces + it's a caliper fender. PM me that's it otherwise sorry

I have an early 60's schwinn middleweight stainless front fender that is a little shorter in the front than most of them. If that will do let me know.

Does it have front caliper brakes.. Maybe post a picture..

No caliper brake. Fender is for a 1963 Schwinn American.

So no holes on top for a light and has 2 sets of fender stays as opposed to some that just have the back..

Yes all of that is correct and the 2 fender braces are chrome.
