Crawford TOC crank or parts

Looking for TOC crank set like this for a men's or ladies Crawford:

Notice the spindle has a hexagon end
and the crank arm has a split squeeze

I have some cranks from a Columbia, similar to your model 32 cranks, but with only one set of pedal holes.
