Here's the latest version of the highly sought after CWC Bellows stem. Aluminum alloy 356, heat treated to T6. Machined by John. The difference between these and the last version is the heat treating, and these are polished aluminum like the originals. My last version was chrome plated. The beauty of these are you can keep these polished, or polish even more for a jewel like stem for your restored bike, or can chemically age down for a good patina look for an original bike.
I asked the polisher not to go to far with polishing for the reasons above. The exploded pictures accentuate the flaws that the eye won't necessarily see.
