Assembled, seems complete ... I have a few extra parts, and

Haha! The caps maybe fit somewhere on the reflectors ...

Not sure at all about that little pin. It is not a screw.

The clear-ish things are a pliable plastic ... no idea there.

Will be putting in/on the sissy bar springs for the grown up
set later this evening.

Silver aluminum thing is a cable crimp used to keep the end of a freshly cut cable from unraveling. The two black pieces are probably to cap off the bolts for the stem bolt and handlbar clamps. Grey plastic is to go under the reflectors if they're not tight enough on their own.
