Reduced Unknown 28" women's frame, chainguard

Here's what's left of a teens/twenties women's bike. It's been powder-coated incorrect colors, but nicely. Anyone out there looking to build up a pretty bike for your lady may be interested in this. The fenders and chainguard are original to this frame. I'd like to sell this a a package but will part it if necessary.
