Hey, at least he is being honest and truthful when he says "I am not a vintage bike expert". Of course just ten minutes of googling would supply enough comparisons to show it just may not be all original before you list it. Every time one of those fake sprockets makes it onto a junk bike, presto ! ...another Harley is born.

Looks like a Mead with ribbed front forks, but even those look to be cracked at the threads.
