I made braided steel brake and shift cables, a wheelie bar with red and blue LED wheels, a large bag to simulate a drag chute.
Front and rear lights are from a Delta flashlight and battery case from another light I had at home.
Linked front and rear drum brakes in a wye cable to allow for a lever operated Drag Brake on the handlebars. Drag Brake is mounted to wheelie bar.
Got in a huge disagreement here about making brake cables to fit by soldering ends so I did it to prove it can be done.
Custom decals and handmade headbadge to look like Schwinn .
Has color matched AM-FM Archer radio and JC Higgins speedometer.
Chain guard was modified Spaceliner part I bought from a guy here for $25 and made into a flaming stack style unit.
Shifters are Hurst Indy levers with hand made copied Schwinn Stik Shift parts. Finned shifter console.
Sturmey Archer Drum hubs 3x3 speed rear with handmade 3 speed cluster and Sprint front sprocket and rear derailleur.
Torrington Red Jeweled reproduction pedals
Reproduction Phantom chrome fork.
1962 Typhoon 20" twin bar frame.
Hand made Cathedral sissybar 60" tall.
20" British E-2 style rear rim with Schwinn Gripper Slik.
20x1-3/8 Rigida E-5 rim with Carlisle Ribgripper tire.
Still needs finishing touches but I am working on my Samurai to get it driveable so it is waiting to be finished up.

Wow thats cool i like this seat !!

Thanks Nick! The seat is very deceptive. Looks great, nice & cushy. Like the seat in my avatar of the first custom I built myself, not comfortable at all. A brick may be more forgiving. Rode the bike the last 2 days & it's all about pain management. Lol! If I used a longer post to elevate the seat it may not be so bad. But it's the original post that is marked for MAXIMUM INSERTION, which I've not seen before & cracks me up, so it stays.

The things we do for our addictions......Lol!
