Finally riding a big boys bike
Oct '64 Vintage Schwinn Sting Ray - Nicely repainted w/ stenciled lettering + "Quality" decal. Has bright white, rip free solo polo along w/ bright , shiny chrome. Paint has few nicks + springer is a combo of original + repop parts. Polo is a clean, single pan seat. Wheels are true + very nice non stamped w/ no dings or rust showing (rear S2 is an exercise hoop). Tires are Schwinn w/ only few slight cracks in rear. Bars are non Schwinn , but clean + look period correct. Strut is an original Persons w/ bright chrome, but some scratches on square - not perfect. Crank /Lucky 7 have bright chrome w/ no date stamp (AS + CO). Overall kinda neat lookin bike! Not all original, but priced reasonably for how kool it is. Need $895 + prefer local pu in SE Wisconsin, but might consider shipping. PLEASE message direct for more info....TY !
