What model and/or year is your bike? There were some changes made early on, but things settled down ca. 1906. I can send you and ID key and service manual if you want.

those parts are different for almost every model year, very hard to match parts so that it fits right

those rims that you have on your bike seem to be racing rims with a very thin profile
save those rims and find another set for your bike.

Yea agree on both statements that’s why I sent such a close up … And yes rims are wrong if someone out there has something that looks like this pic… Then I’ll buy it and take the chance on it
