What bike did you work on today?

Put this 66 Schwinn Miss Teen together out or parts around the garage. It’s for my boss’s wife to go with his 60 Speedster I built for him a few months ago.

Didn't know what to do with this yellow custom accented Schwinn dx....so I dreamt up a klunker build around the bare frame...seat even says Marin!! Just need to cut down the fork to correct size...

Got new tires and tubes added. Put the basket in the rear on correctly but looks like it needs to be adjusted to straighten it out. One of my favorite bikes because if the tacky baskets. Can't wait tell winter to be over to ride her.

58 Corvette got a nice 175mm Chromoly crank and a new two tone chain.

I have had this Typhoon for more than 10 years and got it with a bent fork. It has been through various builds and recently I got a blue Corvette fork for it. I found a Candy red spray pack online and thought I would have a go at painting it, in the hope it would be close to the factory paint on the frame.

I primed the fork in red oxide primer, left it for a few days, then sprayed a silver base coat and finally the candy red. It is a little darker than the factory color but close enough.

This Whizzer has been dead for 11 months. I bought a new coil from @whizzer1 's brother Fred at the Turlock Swap meet. He gave me some pointers on setting the air gap and polarity on the ignition chip. It started right up and runs again! Thanks Fred and John!

First worked on this to get front brakes working correctly, then worked on cleaning grips @higgens scored me couple weeks back…

then worked on all these ones to make sure there ready for my family for ride im putting on here in Oside on the 19th…

they are ready and chomping at the bit…,hopefully see all you there also…
