If I'm not mistaken "Buy it Now" would be the same as listing an item for sale

It wouldn't be a minimum bid, it could still be purchased for a lower price.

The deal would not be binding, as the rules already cover: "A potential buyer is only bound to their offer for 24 hours. If a seller accepts the offer after that period, completing the purchase is the discretion of the buyer."
