Another great day to be in LA/OC, first pic brings back some good memories of 3 sport days starting with skiing Mt Baldy ( ski resort is right in that little notch in picture, 10,000ft. ) and later the same day ( 2 hr drive in between ) riding the bikes down to surf the same waves in the pic!, oh well, just riding and dog sitting today!

Great to see Rambo still enjoying the rides!
Out on the 'Morot' again today.
30 chilly miles up into the Chiltern Hills and back down into the Thames Valley around lunchtime today.
Pictured in the villages of Ewelme.....

...Cuxham.....

...snow on the horizon over here next week, but hopefully not too much.

Marina Del Rey, for the Breast Cancer Survivors group, Dragon Boat Racing.

My wife Jana, is on the Newport Aquatic Center, team.

4th place out of five boats, but winning to this group is being alive and on the water.

I always love a festive atmosphere no matter what the circumstances.

Roses for the ones that didn’t make it.

Just to keep it bike related, I brought a bike and rode to the end of the bike path, and gave thanks for my wife’s ability to compete and enjoy life for awhile more.

These benches bring back fond memories of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
That was a good time for sure.

Update!
Two 4th place finishes put the Womens division in a B bracket final, and they Won!

It snowed like crazy yesterday and then its well above zero today... I wish Mother Nature would make up her mind!

Took a testdrive on the 77 Centurion after fitting a taller Nitto stem, soooo much more comfortable.

Its now fast, silent and fun, not bad for something dragged off the scrap heap at work. I now proclaim it done.

Early morning ride on the 41 Colson to Port Phillip Bay, then through the city passing by the recently restored Melbourne Baths and finally through the grounds of Melbourne University.

The first building erected at Melbourne University in 1856.
