Any ideas chain link tires

Found this stored in my grandparents basement. I think the tires are cool looking they have a chain link design. Has anyone seen those type tires before?

Uniroyal chain tires. Still reproduce them. One of the most popular 40's 50's tires out there.

And Uniroyal was known as "U.S. Royal" back in the day, producing bicycle tires in a variety of sizes from lightweight to balloon.

Not 50's, more like 70's.

It could be a Gobby Built trike, made in Glendale, AZ. He privet labeled for many different wholesale customers. His largest customer was Sears.

Wouldn't the sidewall say the name of the manufacturer on them ... unless they were seconds
