Wore out three sets of tires already!
In my attempt to tighten up the pedal I snapped the nut off. The pedal is off the left / non drive side of my 1960 Schwinn Tornado. Let me know if you have one that you can part with, half inch threads. Thanks Tim

Can you remove the broken piece and replace it or are they pressed into the pedal frame permantly? If you could show it and length I may have that part.

What was happening was the end cap was slipping off the pedal shaft. Thanks Tim
