I think Randy's good with it. as the story goes randy was the original owner and was moving, randys neighbor bought it about 10 years ago and never touched it, I bought it from the neighbor

give randy a break, he was just a kid, and the license was a couple years later, the bike was only worth about 25 dollars by then...lol
